Alternative Dispute Resolution
Trained in court mediation procedures, divorce mediation, restorative justice and community mediation, Richard Spanswick can offer skilled non-attorney mediation to those who see the value in alternative dispute resolution methods. For attorneys who would like to offer this service in-house, but who do not have suitably qualified personnel available, Richard is happy to work as part of the team. His particular interests lie in the area of contractual, workplace and commercial disputes, but he is willing to consider any assignment where the parties are open to mediation.
