When the factors surrounding an incident need to be thoroughly examined by experts, it makes perfect sense to record the investigation on camera for use in pre-trial negotiations and in court. The procedure we use is very similar to the recording of depositions and exhibits, but adapted for on-location situations. As with all our legal work, we adhere strictly to the rules that govern the admissibility and validity of video evidence.
